Shizuoka Prefecture is collaborating with Queens Isetan, a premium food supermarket chain operating stores across the Tokyo metropolitan area, to present a special "Shizuoka Fair" running for six days from February 18 (Wednesday) to February 23 (Monday). The event celebrates the upcoming Mount Fuji Day on February 23 and brings a taste of spring to shoppers through an array of Shizuoka's finest agricultural, forestry, marine, and processed products.
The timing coincides with Mount Fuji Day (February 23), a perfect opportunity to showcase Shizuoka's regional specialties. A Yamanashi Fair will also be held simultaneously at the same locations.
