Quil Fait Bon Unveils 23-Tart Autumn Menu Starring Chestnut, Pear, and Fig From September 1

Starting Tuesday, September 1, 2026, tart specialty shop Quil Fait Bon, operated by Quil Fait Bon Co., Ltd., is rolling out the first wave of its autumn menu — 23 tarts in all — at every one of its 12 stores nationwide.

Tarts built around quintessential autumn fruits — chestnut, pear, and fig — arrive one after another. Among the standouts are three tarts: the Autumn Fruits Tart, bringing together grape, persimmon, and fig on a single tart; the Chestnut and Maple Tart, balancing maple and chestnut against the tang of cassis; and the Hokkaido "Raiden" Melon Tart, built around the prized Hokkaido brand melon "Raiden." With some items limited to specific stores, the full 23-tart lineup lets you enjoy the complete range of autumn's flavors.

Capturing the best of the season as the weather turns, each tart packs in peak-season flavor. A luxurious treat where the deep sweetness of chestnut meets the freshness of pear and fig, these tarts are well suited to home gatherings, seasonal gift-giving, or simply treating yourself.
