A spring-themed seasonal parfait has arrived at The Royal Park Hotel ICONIC Tokyo Shiodome. Starting March 9, 2026, the 24th-floor bar and lounge "THE BAR" is serving the "Seasonal Parfait Series 'Spring'" — a voluminous creation that pairs cherry blossom fragrance with colorful strawberries.

Tasting Highlights
The parfait's theme centers on the scent of cherry blossoms paired with vibrant strawberries.
At the very top sits a white chocolate butterfly perched on meringue branches in bloom. Surrounding it is a large flower fashioned from petals made of strawberry and griotte cherry. The center is filled with a pale pink Chantilly cream infused with the delicate fragrance of sakura.

Beneath the rich custard cream lies a cherry blossom ice cream, followed by matcha-flavored rice puffs and sponge cake that add a satisfying textural contrast.

Under the sakura-flavored pale pink Chantilly cream are layers of strawberry, cherry blossom lemon jelly, panna cotta, and strawberry sauce — creating a clean, refreshing finish as you work your way through the dessert.
