YOTEL Tokyo Ginza Launches Spring Afternoon Tea Featuring Sakura and Matcha

Starting March 15, 2026, the restaurant and bar Komyuniti at YOTEL Tokyo Ginza is serving a spring afternoon tea themed around cherry blossom and matcha — two signature symbols of the Japanese spring season.

The full lineup of 10 items spans both sweets and savories. The menu weaves Japanese ingredients and sensibilities throughout — such as matcha macaron and chestnut kanroni with matcha cake — while pairing them with French pastry techniques and European ingredients for a globally inspired spread.

  • Honey Milk

In addition to the seasonal teas, approximately 15 beverage options — including coffee, café latte, and premium tea selections — are available with unlimited drinks for up to 120 minutes.
