The cake features a combination of bitter chocolate and caramel chocolate mousse, filled with caramel made from almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios. It is finished with a caramel glaze and decorated with chocolate cream, pearl crackan, and chocolate moustache, bow tie, and hat decorations — a chic and elegant cake perfect as a Father's Day gift.
