Salon de Sweets (サロンドスイーツ), the sweets buffet located on the 4th floor of IKSPIARI at Tokyo Disney Resort, is hosting a limited-time fair called "Summer Palette Collection — Choose Your Colors, Summer Sweets" from July 1 (Wednesday) to September 14 (Monday), 2026.

Inspired by an artist's palette, the event invites guests to arrange colorful sweets on a white plate, creating their own personal "palette" of flavors. The showcase features 11 limited-edition summer sweets, including Butterfly Pea Rare Cheesecake with a pleasant tanginess, Pineapple and Coconut Mousse with a tropical feel, and the satisfyingly chewy Chocolate Banana Brownie.

In addition to the sweets, the buffet also offers a shaved ice station, seasonal gelato, and a candy floss-making corner for a refreshing summer experience. On the savory side, guests can enjoy a carved roast carving station, a colorful salad bar, pasta, and a customizable pho bar. A Fair-exclusive lemon-flavored white chocolate fountain adds a festive touch to mealtimes.

An angel-shaped cake where the elegant aroma of black tea and the vivid color of juicy peach elegantly adorn the white plate.
