Following its travel and business lines, Samsonite is launching a new casual bag category, with its first collection, "TOTESS," now available.

An Evolved Tote Collection: "TOTESS"
TOTESS reimagines a bag's original function — carrying things — for a modern style. Built on a two-way structure that smartly switches between hand-carry and shoulder-carry, it combines a quiet, understated look with functional beauty that makes everyday life more comfortable.
A Minimal Design With Distinctive Texture
The body, designed with an ultra-minimal look, uses a water-resistant material made from Cordura nylon with a special PU coating. Its matte texture and distinctive wrinkled finish give the bag a look with depth.
The overall silhouette is soft, while details that stand out precisely because decoration has been stripped away — a solid fold-back design created by overlapping fabric, a puffed handle, ring-shaped zipper pulls, and an understated logo — define the look. The interior uses tear-resistant ripstop material, so both the interior and exterior are built from high-performance fabrics.
Two-Way Design and Smart Functionality for Comfortable Movement
The bag supports both hand-carry and shoulder-carry styles. When using the shoulder strap, the cushioned handle tucks neatly inside, so it can be worn smartly without disrupting the look.
A firm material keeps the bag standing upright, while its remarkably light weight of about 0.3 kg and a flat-foldable base gusset make it easy to bring along as a secondary bag while traveling. It also offers plenty of storage, including a magnetic-tab opening that opens and closes smoothly, a front zippered pocket, and an interior open pocket and bottle holder (except on the Round Tote).
Three Items for Free-Ranging Style, in Two Eye-Catching Colors
The lineup includes three items to choose from depending on style: the compact, easy-to-carry "Round Tote"; the "Square Tote," sized to fit a plastic bottle for everyday use; and the "Vertical Tote," a slim, upright silhouette that holds A4-size documents.
Two colors are offered: an all-black "Black," and "Black/Neon Green." A trim in a fluorescent color peeks out when the bag is opened or glimpsed in passing, adding a subtle yet refined touch of personality.
