Sanrio Characters fans have a new capsule toy to look for this month. IP4 Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Toshima Ward, Tokyo; President: Tsuyoshi Kohama) is releasing the "Sanrio Characters Clingy Tears Gusseted Drawstring Pouch" (¥500 per play, tax included, six designs in all) in capsule toy corners nationwide, with a rolling release starting mid-September 2026.
