sanrio house, a brand developed by Mash Style Lab (株式会社マッシュスタイルラボ) and supervised by Sanrio Co., Ltd., opens its third store on Thursday, October 29, 2026. It is the brand's first store in the Tokai region and is located on the first basement floor of the West Building of Nagoya PARCO.
The new store includes the brand's first cafe booth, with a cafe menu that is as fun to look at as it is to eat: original crepes, soft serve and mini parfaits featuring eye-catching marshmallows modeled on Sanrio characters, along with drinks. The store also offers a wide lineup of store-exclusive items and notable collaborations, so visitors can enjoy the appeal of sanrio house all in one space.

The Brand's First Cafe Booth With an Original Menu Inspired by Sanrio Characters
The cafe booth attached to the store offers an adorable menu inspired by four Sanrio characters: Hello Kitty, Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll and My Melody. The crepes, soft serve and mini-size parfaits come in different flavors for each character, and each is topped with an original marshmallow shaped like that character.
- Each guest can order up to two items per category (excluding the initial cookies).
- Last order is 30 minutes before the end of the seating time limit.
- Because of the last order, a reservation is cancelled if the guest is 20 minutes or more late for the reserved time.

From the opening day of the Nagoya PARCO store, a Hello Kitty-designed ice cream crepe is on sale for a limited time. Together with the opening of the cafe booth, original cafe-design goods go on sale exclusively at the Nagoya PARCO store and the online store. The designs feature Hello Kitty, My Melody and Cinnamoroll in cute cafe staff outfits. The lineup includes a Clear Tumbler, a Heart-Shaped Can Badge, a Sticker (3 designs) and an Acrylic Keychain, plus a Sticker (3 designs) showing a crepe together with each character, for a total of 9 items. The Nagoya PARCO store sells them from the opening day, ahead of the general release.
