Japan Import System Co., Ltd. (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / President: Katsuhiko Tanaka) has decided to restock "Scarabus Sherry Cask," the first sherry cask-matured single malt whisky from the Scarabus series produced by Hunter Laing.
During its initial release in September 2025, all 960 bottles sold out in just three days. The restock was decided in response to numerous requests from whisky enthusiasts.
This expression combines Scarabus's characteristic bold and powerful character with the rich sweetness and depth derived from sherry cask maturation, representing a new dimension of the series.

The series' first sherry cask-matured expression returns by popular demand. This release adds the rich fruit notes and pleasant sweetness characteristic of sherry casks to Scarabus's signature smoky and powerful flavor profile, creating a more layered and richer taste experience. The Islay malt character and sherry cask qualities harmonize beautifully, resulting in a full-bodied whisky.
