SCREAM, a Fukuoka-based company that develops and produces ice cream, has collaborated with the café division of French fashion brand agnès b. to create a summer-only ice cream called "b. cool !!". Sales began on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at five agnès b. CAFÉ locations nationwide.
The Collaboration
The project grew out of agnès b. Japan's wish to create something special for customers to enjoy heading into summer.
Resonating with agnès b.'s approach to craftsmanship — simple yet refined — SCREAM set out to express that same sensibility through ice cream, developing two flavors for the occasion.
Each flavor was born from SCREAM's own philosophy of drawing out the character of each ingredient to make the moment a richer memory.
Two Flavors for Summer
Vanilla & Caramel Ice Cream With Salt — ¥770 (tax included)
A classic vanilla ice cream built around timeless flavor, paired with bitter caramel and a touch of salt for a simple yet layered taste.
Rich, custard-like vanilla ice cream meets slightly bitter caramel for an indulgent combination. A hint of salt heightens the sweetness and adds a finishing accent to the aftertaste.
Lemon Sorbet With Mint — ¥770 (tax included)
A lemon sorbet inspired by summer in France, topped with a sauce accented by the gentle bitterness of lemon peel. The sorbet's bright citrus tang and the cooling freshness of mint come together for a refreshing flavor suited to summer.
