The buffet restaurant Grand Café at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel in Maihama, Urayasu will host the "North America Food Fair" from June 1 (Monday) to July 20 (Monday, public holiday), 2026. The fair is the first installment of the hotel's Summer Food Festival series.
Inspired by the excitement surrounding the summer of 2026, Grand Café turns its focus to three North American countries — the United States, Canada, and Mexico — exploring each country's distinct food culture in a buffet-style format. Highlights include the bold smokiness of North American BBQ, vibrant spice-driven flavors, and the gentle sweetness of maple syrup, all under one roof.
North America Food Fair Menu
On the appetizer side, guests can build their own Tacos (Mexico) using tri-color flower tortillas and nachos paired with chili con carne, guacamole, or tinga de pollo. Barley Salad (Canada), made with barley simmered in apple juice and combined with tomatoes, broccoli, and avocado, is also on offer.
For mains, the lineup includes Mini Cheeseburgers (USA) featuring BBQ sauce-infused patties, US Beef Steak with Cowboy Butter Sauce (USA) seasoned with herbs, mustard, and garlic, and Canada Pork Roast with Maple Cranberry Sauce (Canada), finished with the sweetness of maple and a hint of cranberry tartness.
The soup course features a hearty Clam Chowder (USA), while desserts include New York Cheesecake (USA), Nanaimo Bar (Canada) — a classic treat originating from Nanaimo, British Columbia — and Mexican Churros (Mexico) served with hot chocolate sauce.
