The sake is crafted using "yellow koji," which brings out the natural flavors of sake, and "white koji," which produces abundant citric acid for a refreshing acidity. Brewed with "Fushimizu," the renowned spring water from Kyoto's Fushimi district, the sake achieves a harmonious balance of crispness and smoothness.
