Starting May 14, 2026, the popular sushi izakaya chain is hosting a limited-time campaign called "Fish Roe & Meat Temptation – Sugidama's Indulgent Bites," spotlighting a new lineup of dishes packed generously with fish roe and meat.

A simple cucumber roll taken to the next level with three types of fish roe — ikura (salmon roe), tobiko (flying fish roe), and lumpfish caviar — piled high to the point of overflowing. Coarsely ground wasabi is served on the side for those who want a little extra kick.
