SHOGUN BURGER is releasing a March-only burger, "BIG SHOCK," starting March 15. Inspired as an homage to a globally popular burger, it represents SHOGUN BURGER's own bold interpretation.

The burger features two generously sized coarsely ground wagyu patties totaling 240g. Made from shank meat, the patties deliver a robust, meaty flavor and a hearty texture. They're grilled to a fragrant finish that lets the full depth of the wagyu come through with every bite.
Melting cheddar cheese is layered on top, while two types of pickles add a refreshing contrast. An original wagyu sauce, aurora tartar, and mustard come together to create a rich yet well-balanced flavor profile.
The buns come in a three-piece configuration: the top and bottom pieces are buttered on one side each, while the middle bun is buttered on both sides before toasting—adding a fragrant aroma and a satisfying crunch. This year, the green curl lettuce on the second tier has been cut to better showcase its texture, contributing a crisp element to each bite.
Less "patties," more "chunks"—the wagyu beef makes an unmistakable impression. It's a burger designed to deliver both volume and a genuine flavor impact.
