Burger chain Zetteria is launching a limited-time "Summer Burger Fair" from Wednesday, June 17. The fair introduces four new items built around two contrasting flavor themes: the bold richness of beef kalbi and the refreshing acidity of hyuganatsu citrus, letting customers choose based on their summer mood.
Garlic Beef Kalbi Burger — ¥620

A 100% beef patty is topped with beef kalbi seasoned in a sweet and spicy special kalbi sauce, along with crispy fried garlic cloves and crunchy garlic shoots. Rounded out with umami-packed spicy sauce, lettuce, and mayonnaise in a soft bun, this burger delivers a punchy, appetite-awakening combination of beef flavor and garlic aroma.
Hyuganatsu Tartar Chicken Burger — ¥590

A large chicken piece, marinated in a soy-based sauce and hand-breaded in-store, is coated in a special sauce made from hyuganatsu orange juice. Served with tartar sauce and syrup-pickled hyuganatsu peel in a smooth bun, the burger offers a gentle acidity and subtle bitterness that make for a light, refreshing bite.
Beef Kalbi Burger — ¥590

A 100% beef patty topped with beef kalbi in a sweet and savory special kalbi sauce, lettuce, and mayonnaise, all in a fluffy bun. A straightforward, meat-forward choice for those who want the kalbi flavor front and center.
Hyuganatsu Tartar Shrimp Burger — ¥590

A plump, crispy shrimp patty paired with the special hyuganatsu sauce, tartar sauce, and lettuce in a soft bun. The bright, citrusy hyuganatsu sauce complements the shrimp particularly well.
All prices are tax-inclusive. The fair runs until mid-July, while supplies last, at approximately 270 Zetteria locations (as of June 10). Some stores are not participating.
