Bell Shokuhin Corporation will showcase its new Hokkaido souvenir product, "SNOW JEWELRY," at the Hokkaido and Sapporo Grand Fair in Chi-Ka-Ho (Sapporo Station Underground Walkway) from January 23rd to 25th, 2026. The product will be available in limited quantities ahead of its official release on February 9th, 2026.
About SNOW JEWELRY
SNOW JEWELRY features a smooth rare cheesecake made with Hokkaido cream cheese, topped with Hokkaido Haskap berry sauce that retains its natural texture. The dessert showcases a striking visual contrast between the pure white cheesecake and the vibrant purple Haskap topping, creating a jewel-like appearance.
The product offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture with the refreshing acidity of Haskap berries, delivering an elegant taste experience. SNOW JEWELRY can be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months from production and tastes even better when chilled before serving.
Event Preview Sale and Tasting
During the three-day event from January 23rd to 25th, 2026, SNOW JEWELRY will be available for advance purchase in limited quantities before the official launch on February 9th. Visitors can sample the product at the event before making a purchase.
Bell Shokuhin's booth is located on the west side (right side when heading from Sapporo Station toward Odori) at the event's starting point in the Sapporo Station Underground Walkway. From Exit 4, proceed toward Odori and the booth will be the first one on the right side.
Please note that both sales and tastings are available in limited quantities each day and will end once supplies are exhausted.
