The highlight is a refreshing spring tea latte featuring Starbucks' original "Earl Grey Bouquet Delight" tea, combined with honey lemon and pistachio in the "Earl Grey Honey Lemon Mousse Tea Latte" (available hot and iced). Additionally, Italian bakery "Princi®" will offer the seasonal "Torta Pistachio & Berry" dessert, designed to complement the tea experience.

Starbucks Tea & Cafe's Japan-exclusive "Earl Grey Bouquet Delight" tea, launched in April 2025, has been beloved by customers for nearly a year. Previously available as hot tea, iced tea, and tea latte, the tea is now featured in a new creation for Spring Season's first wave—a tea latte that combines the elegant Earl Grey Bouquet Delight with refreshing lemon flavors to herald the arrival of spring through all five senses.
The "Earl Grey Honey Lemon Mousse Tea Latte" (Hot/Iced) features a base of Earl Grey Bouquet Delight tea latte—which blends Earl Grey with colorful floral notes—topped with a smooth Earl Grey tea mousse that offers refined sweetness and a refreshing, subtly floral aftertaste.
