A self-photo studio called studio SELFiE (スタジオセルフィ) is set to open on April 23, 2026 (Thursday), in Kinshicho, Sumida, Tokyo. The studio is operated by Kufu Wedding Inc. (株式会社くふうウェディング), and ahead of the opening, advance reservations began on March 16, 2026, along with a time-limited opening commemoration campaign.
What Is studio SELFiE?
studio SELFiE is a self-photo studio where visitors rent the entire photogenic, cafe-themed space and shoot freely at their own pace. The concept responds to a growing demand from people who want to take polished photos without the pressure of a professional photographer being present.
The studio is equipped with professional-grade camera equipment and high-quality studio lighting. Eight different themed backdrops are available within a single space, spanning looks from glamorous and formal to pop and casual.

Professional quality made easy
The cameras used are the same models that professional photographers use. The camera is fixed in position, and shooting is done with a remote control — so even those unfamiliar with camera equipment can capture high-quality photos with ease.
Multiple looks in one space
The interior was designed by a team that has worked on decor for well-known photo studios. The space maximizes its variety of backdrops, offering everything from vibrant and eye-catching settings to understated, formal ones.
Formal use is welcome too
Backdrop options suitable for formal photography are also available, including settings appropriate for corporate headshots and ID photos.

Campaign ① First 100 Groups at Half Price
The first 100 groups to book a shooting session at studio SELFiE will receive 50% off their initial visit.
- 15-minute unlimited shooting (2 people): normally ¥3,800 → ¥1,900
- 45-minute unlimited shooting (2 people): normally ¥6,800 → ¥3,400
All prices include tax.
Campaign ② Hashtag Campaign
Anyone who posts a photo taken at studio SELFiE on social media with the tag #studioselfie will receive a ¥300 coupon valid for their next visit.
One post per person per visit counts toward the campaign.

- Campaign ②: Starting April 23, 2026
