The "Wooden Barrel Craftsmen Revival Project," which began in 2012, has been steadily gaining support from breweries, chefs, and customers, and the circle of wooden barrel culture continues to expand. Meanwhile, young brewers in their 20s and 30s are returning to their family soy sauce businesses, learning production from the previous generation. While inheriting traditional techniques, they actively engage with people from overseas and other industries to spread the appeal of wooden barrels from a broader perspective. This summit gathers participants to learn together about what these next-generation young brewers want to know most right now.

NEO Print Exhibition – Imprinting the Present
June 30 (Tue) – July 7 (Tue), 2026 | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (closes at 7:00 PM on the last day)

Throughout history, printmaking has served as a medium for conveying people's lives and ideas—a mirror reflecting each era. The theme of this exhibition is "imprinting the present." If society itself were treated as a printing plate, ink applied to it, and the result pressed onto paper, what would emerge? Inequality, the environment, gender, war, loneliness—the exhibition aims to visualize the issues lurking in contemporary life and capture "now" through each artist's unique gaze. Artists of different origins, generations, genders, and printmaking techniques come together to present works in which each one presses out their interpretation of the present.
