Osechi Breakfast on the Top Floor
On the morning of Friday, January 1, 2027 (national holiday), the osechi breakfast is served in the Sky Banquet "Grand Blanc" (グランブラン) on the 21st floor, the hotel's top floor.
The meal opens with petit fours that set a New Year mood, followed by a colorful appetizer plate that blends classic and creative items. The menu includes:
- Appetizers: shrimp, dried persimmon with cheese, roasted chestnuts, abalone, bamboo shoots with plum paste, black beans, flower-shaped lotus root, snow peas, and red-and-white kamaboko (fish cake)
- Clear soup: sea bream in a salt-seasoned clear soup that brings out the umami of the dashi
- Sashimi: an assortment of spiny lobster and scallops
- Simmered dish: dashi-infused, shigi-style large round eggplant topped with crab meat
- Grilled dish: Japanese beef steak with seasonal vegetables
- To finish: bara-chirashi sushi
- Dessert: matcha and black sesame mousse
