The "Ginza Sky Beer Terrace" (銀座スカイビアテラス), operated by Tokyo Kaikan on the 13th floor of Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan in Yurakucho, is returning for the 2026 summer season. The rooftop beer garden will be open from June 17 (Wednesday) to August 29 (Saturday), closed on Sundays and public holidays. First revived in 2022 after a three-year hiatus, the terrace has run every summer since.
This year, three drink-all-you-can plans are available, along with an expanded non-alcoholic and low-alcohol menu to accommodate guests who don't drink.
Drinks: Craft Beers, Whisky, Wine, and More
The standard plans include a wide selection of draft beers and craft beers — "Suntory Draft Beer," "The Premium Malt's Kaoru Ale" (June/July), and "Tokyo Craft" (August) — alongside whisky, wine (red and white), various sours, and non-alcoholic options.
For an additional ¥2,000 on top of the Sky Beer Plan or Standard Plan, guests can upgrade to "Premium All-You-Can-Drink," which adds:
- The Premium Malt's Master's Dream
- Suntory World Whisky "Ao" highball
- Suntory Whisky "Chita" highball (June/July) or Maker's Mark highball (August)
- Sparkling wine (Anjuelle Noir)
- White wine (Dark Horse Chardonnay)
- Red wine (Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon)
- "All-Free" non-alcoholic beer
- "Silk Ice" soft-serve dessert (eat-all-you-can, new this year)
The Premium All-You-Can-Drink tier is also included in the top-tier "Blissful Meat Platter Plan."
Non-Alcoholic and Low-Alcohol Options
Building on the well-received efforts from 2025, the non-alcoholic lineup has been further expanded. The selection includes "All-Free," various drinks made with the non-alcoholic sour "ZEROPPA" (plain, ginger, tonic), and soft drinks such as jasmine tea, ginger ale, and orange juice — seven non-alcoholic options in total, plus three low-alcohol choices.
Views from 40 Meters Up
The terrace is just a minute's walk from Yurakucho Station, offering 40-meter-high views of Tokyo Station and the Marunouchi and Ginza skylines. Counter seats face toward Tokyo Station and Tokyo International Forum, while table seats are suited for larger groups. The scenery shifts from sunset through to evening as the city lights up below.
Menus change partway through the season — around late July — so returning guests can expect a different experience in August.
