The Ginza Machibal 2026 gourmet walking event returns to the Ginza area from April 6 (Monday) to April 26 (Sunday), 2026 — a 21-day celebration of Ginza's food and drink culture spanning over 60 participating venues.
The event was created to share the appeal of Ginza — its rich history and culture — with people of all ages and backgrounds, both in Japan and abroad. Now stepping into a new decade following its 10th anniversary in 2025, Ginza Machibal 2026 launches with a fresh key visual featuring an endless spiral symbolizing the flow of time, a clock representing the spirit of Ginza, and glasses of drinks capturing the fleeting moments of discovery as you wander the streets.
How to Enjoy Ginza Machibal 2026
Participants purchase a 3-ticket booklet and visit participating venues, where each ticket can be exchanged for a special "1 drink + 1 food" set. Even Ginza restaurants that might feel a little out of reach on an ordinary evening become easy to step into during this event.
Limited Edition Craft Beer: "Ginza Jikan"
This year's theme is "time," and to mark it, an original craft beer called Ginza Jikan (銀座時間) has been created in collaboration with ORCA Ginza Brewery, a craft brewery based in Ginza.
