As interest in sleep tourism continues to rise, Tokyo Prince Hotel has refreshed its "Gentle Sleep Support Stay" plan. Available from April 9, 2026 through March 31, 2027, the plan is supervised by sleep therapist and sleep environment planner Miho Mihashi and is aimed at guests dealing with digital fatigue — such as eye strain, mental exhaustion, and difficulty sleeping caused by prolonged device use.

The plan encourages guests to step away from their smartphones and laptops after check-in, enjoy the view of Tokyo Tower from the room, and ease into a genuine state of relaxation. Each room comes equipped with a newly introduced EMS Scalp Spa, which uses deep kneading motions to relieve tension in the scalp — often tightened by stress and screen time — to help guests transition naturally toward sleep. A 3D Eye Magic device is also provided to gently warm the eyes and temples, guiding guests toward deeper relaxation.

Other curated sleep items include a MuAtsu Pillow Bounce (LOW) — a high-elasticity point-support pillow designed to cradle the head — and soft gauze pajamas dyed with natural plant extracts. Both the pajamas and Mihashi's sleep advice book can be taken home at the end of the stay.
