The "Tulip Festival 2026 in Kaizu" is underway at Kiso Sansen Park Center (Kokei Kiso Sansen Park) in Kaizu City, Gifu Prefecture, running from Saturday, March 28 through Sunday, April 19, 2026.
The highlight of the festival is a large flower bed featuring vibrant tulips arranged to evoke the majestic flow of the Kiso Three Rivers, with a river-like pattern drawn in blue muscari running through the colorful blooms. In addition, special variety tulips, cherry blossoms, and nemophila in an array of spring colors decorate the park throughout the event period.
As of Monday, March 30, 2026, approximately 50 to 60% of the tulips across the flower beds have opened and are at peak viewing.
Food and beverage stalls are open daily throughout the event period (subject to cancellation in rainy weather), and stage events are held on weekends.
