Kagurazaka features cobblestone alleys lined with black-walled fences and traditional houses. At the end of these charming lanes lies MIZUNARA: In Tokyo, a hideaway-like space.
This event showcases three innovative spirits as bases: the attention-grabbing shochu GLOW EP05, designed with the concept of "bringing playfulness to the table," which appeals to first-time shochu drinkers, women, and younger generations; the shochu-based spirit f spirits Cucumber & Lavender, offering a new sensory fragrance experience; and 424GIN -juniper berry only-, the world's only craft gin distilled using a wooden barrel still. From these, MIZUNARA: In Tokyo's bartenders have created three special original cocktails exclusively for this collaboration.
Fitting for the Valentine's season, these cocktails feature gentle, elegant aromas and deep, layered flavors. Through the expression of cocktails, guests can rediscover the new appeal of shochu, while enjoying drinks that complement special moments with loved ones and friends, or quiet evenings spent caring for oneself.

Limited-Time Original Cocktails (3 Types)
GLOW EP05-Based Cocktail
A cocktail based on GLOW EP05, the signature work of the GLOW series, which won the Grand Prize in the Imo Shochu category at the Liquor Store-Selected Shochu Awards in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Built in a gin and tonic style, it combines Campari and grapefruit juice to create a refreshing, easy-to-drink cocktail with a well-balanced bitterness, sweetness, and acidity.

f spirits Cucumber & Lavender-Based Cocktail
This cocktail uses an elegant spirit made by infusing Wakashio Shuzo's imo shochu with substandard cucumbers from the Osumi Peninsula in Kagoshima Prefecture and floral lavender. Employing a mixology technique, the cocktail vacuum-packs shochu, plum wine, coconut water, and fresh strawberries, then extracts them at low temperature (50°C for 3 hours). Finished with basil, it creates depth in the aroma.

424 GIN – juniper berry only – Based Cocktail
A cocktail based on the world's only craft gin, created by blending several types of imo shochu and finishing with a wooden barrel still, featuring a rich juniper berry aroma. Layering the juniper berry aroma with the refreshing acidity and fruitiness of dekopon (Japanese citrus), and finishing with lime, this cocktail brings out a bright, refined balance of acidity and aroma.
