Wendy's・First Kitchen will launch two premium burger items starting February 26th, 2026, at 24 select locations including the Wendy's・First Kitchen Shinjuku Minami-guchi store. The new "Truffle & Mozzarella Baconator" series represents the sixth installment in the chain's premium burger lineup.
The new burgers are based on the popular "Baconator USA," a signature menu item from Wendy's American headquarters that has also become a fan favorite in Japan. The Japanese-exclusive variations feature chopped black truffle sauce and white truffle oil, combined with creamy melted mozzarella cheese to create an upscale burger experience. Crispy bacon adds the perfect finishing touch to complement Wendy's signature 100% beef patty.
Available only at 24 stores across Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and other major cities, these premium burgers are designed to appeal to both domestic customers and international tourists visiting Japan.
