The Westin Tokyo Brings Summer Churrasco and 10 Wines to The Terrace Buffet

The Westin Tokyo (Meguro, Tokyo) is adding a summer twist to its International Restaurant "The Terrace" lunch and dinner buffet. From July 1 (Wednesday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026, the ongoing "Innovation Buffet -革新-" becomes the "Summer Festival — A Gourmet Celebration of Churrasco and Wine," centering on live-carved Brazilian churrasco, a 10-wine selection, and Western-style dishes that have long been loved across generations.

Churrasco at the Live Station

The centerpiece is the churrasco corner, where a chef carves meat tableside. At lunch, the featured cut is a Yamayuri Pork Roast; at dinner, an Australian beef roast steps in with full carving service. Alongside the churrasco, the buffet also includes feijoada — a hearty Brazilian bean stew.

10-Wine Selection

An optional wine add-on (¥4,000, tax and service included) grants free-flow access to 10 wines — sparkling, white, and red — curated to pair across the full buffet lineup. The range covers varying styles so guests can experiment with different pairings as they move through the courses.

Western Classics and Buffet Staples

The buffet draws on a lineup of Western dishes long associated with Japanese hotel dining. Westin Tokyo's signature Neapolitan pasta, chicken omurice made with free-range eggs, chicken katsu with lemon butter, pork sauté with ginger sauce, and a macaroni Creole all feature. Cold appetizers — including melon and prosciutto, shrimp and lettuce with aurora sauce, and liver mousse with dried fruit — round out the spread.

"Innovation Buffet" mainstays also remain: sushi and onigiri, dan dan noodles, pho, pizza, and Indian-style curry with naan. Wellness-oriented dishes, including shirataki with mushrooms and vegetables peperoncino-style and tofu, are available alongside fresh salads and a full salad bar.

Kids Station (July 18–August 31)
