The Westin Yokohama Hosts "The Westin Yokohama Wellness Day 2026 Autumn" on October 24

The Westin Yokohama, a lifestyle hotel in Yokohama's Minato Mirai district that embodies a new generation of well-being, will hold a special wellness event, "The Westin Yokohama Wellness Day 2026 Autumn," on Saturday, October 24.

Wellness is a core concept of the Westin brand, and the hotel has been running wellness-themed initiatives for some time. The first edition of "The Westin Yokohama Wellness Day" took place in May, and this autumn event is the second in the series.

This time, two wellness programs are on offer: "Minato Mirai RUN," a run through the Minato Mirai area in the pleasant autumn breeze, and the "Floating Sound Bath," a new kind of relaxation in which participants float in the pool surrounded by sound, which was also well received at the May event. Making use of the hotel's open, airy spaces, the programs offer a retreat where participants can spend time with themselves while staying in the city.

① Minato Mirai RUN & RECOVER Supported by Hyperice

Led by a trainer, participants run approximately 3 to 6 km around the Minato Mirai area, enjoying some of Yokohama's signature scenery while moving comfortably. After the run, a stretch and recovery session follows, using Hypervolt 3, Vyper 3, and Normatec Legs from Hyperice, a wellness brand that supports everything from training to recovery with cutting-edge technology. The session loosens the body after exercise, promotes recovery, and helps restore physical and mental condition.

A plan that adds a lunch buffet at the all-day dining restaurant "PACIFIC TABLE" is also available for participants in Session 1. It gives them a nourishing meal after exercise to complete a wellness experience unique to Westin.
