The final chapter of the Academy Award-winning musical, Wicked: For Good, opens in Japan on March 6, 2026. To celebrate, Universal Studios Japan will host the "Wicked: For Good Celebration" for a limited time starting February 20, 2026.

Following last year's highly successful program, this special celebration brings back the chance to meet the main characters "Elphaba" and "Glinda" in person. The event features exclusive character greetings, costume exhibits recreated with remarkable precision, redesigned food offerings, and new merchandise.

Exclusive Character Greetings - The Only Place in Japan to Meet Elphaba and Glinda

The program offers a unique opportunity to meet "Elphaba" and "Glinda" in person - an exclusive experience available only at Universal Studios Japan in the entire country.

In a space that captures the atmosphere of the films, guests can interact with both characters up close and take commemorative photos together. During the greeting, Glinda may even demonstrate her signature hair flip known as "Toss Toss," along with other iconic gestures and mannerisms from the films.

Through the natural interaction and chemistry between Elphaba and Glinda, guests can feel as though they've stepped directly into the world of the Wicked series.

Film Costume Exhibits Starting February 20

Following the Academy Award-winning costume design from the first film, Universal Studios Japan will display costumes from Wicked: For Good. The new exhibit features replica costumes worn by "Elphaba" and "Glinda" in the film.

Hello, Universal Studios Japan fans! This is Miisa Shimizu! Wicked: For Good, the continuation of the story that created a global phenomenon, opens nationwide on March 6, 2026. I had the honor of voicing the Good Witch Glinda in the Japanese dub.

Following the previous celebration, Universal Studios Japan will host a special event commemorating the film's release for a limited time! You can meet both Elphaba and Glinda, and enjoy exclusive collaborative food and merchandise. I had such a magical, dreamlike time at the park with them last year, and I'm really looking forward to seeing them again. This spring, I hope everyone will experience Wicked: For Good in theaters, and then relive that emotion again at Universal Studios Japan!
