About The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa
Opened in June 2002. Located at the summit of a mountain overlooking Lake Toya and Uchiura Bay (Pacific Ocean), the location with a 360-degree panoramic view gives great emotion to visitors. As a deluxe resort, the comprehensive facilities obtained the only five-star rating in the Michelin Guide 2017 Hokkaido edition.
Inside the hotel, various dining facilities including "Windsor Out of Africa," which obtained one star in the same guide, as well as spa, indoor pool, on-site golf course and ski area, outdoor activity facilities, shops, and wedding facilities are fully equipped, allowing guests to thoroughly enjoy a resort stay. In 2008, it served as the main venue and accommodation facility for the Hokkaido Toyako Summit, welcoming world leaders.
