The Vegetable Marché is designed to expand what you can enjoy at a charcoal BBQ. The vegetable lineup focuses on produce suited for grilling, including onions, eggplant, bell peppers, pumpkin, sweet potato, and potato.
Day-trip BBQ guests are free to choose whichever vegetables they like. Grilling them over charcoal draws out the natural sweetness and umami of each vegetable, making for a well-rounded BBQ experience alongside meat dishes.
