First-Ever Winter Sweets Campaign Showcases Yamanashi's Yuzu and Persimmon

Yamanashi Prefecture (Governor: Kotaro Nagasaki) is holding its first-ever "Yamanashi Sweets Campaign" themed around local yuzu and persimmon to enhance the brand value of "Yamanashi Sweets" and expand the number of shops carrying these products.

While Yamanashi Prefecture is famous for peaches and grapes, it also produces many attractive winter fruits such as yuzu and persimmon. This campaign aims to increase awareness of these local fruits while elevating the overall brand value of "Yamanashi Sweets" through confectionery.

For this inaugural event, 18 shops throughout the prefecture are participating with the cooperation of JA Minami Alps City, offering a diverse range of products using the theme fruits. The campaign also includes a giveaway where participants who post on Instagram with a specific hashtag during the campaign period can win gifts made from Yamanashi Prefecture fruits.
