Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers will begin accepting Sotetsu Points — the shared loyalty program spanning Sotetsu Group commercial facilities — at its in-hotel restaurants and pastry shop from June 1, 2026 (Monday).
Sotetsu Points is a group-wide point service that can be earned and spent at Sotetsu Group facilities including Sotetsu Rosen supermarkets and Sotetsu Joinus shopping mall. With the hotel joining as a participating location, guests can now accumulate points across a wide range of dining occasions — from anniversary dinners and lounge teatime to family meals and pastry shop purchases. Points earned at the hotel can then be redeemed at Sotetsu Group commercial facilities such as Sotetsu Rosen and Sotetsu Joinus at a rate of 1 point = ¥1.

How to Earn Points
Present your Sotetsu Points membership card (physical card or app) at the time of payment to earn 1 point for every ¥110 spent (tax included).
Please note:
- Points can only be earned at this hotel; they cannot be used for payment here.
- Room charges and banquet usage are not eligible for point accrual.
- Points earned can be redeemed at Sotetsu Group commercial facilities including Sotetsu Rosen, Sotetsu Joinus, and SOTETSU GOODS STORE Futamatagawa.
To participate, download one of the following apps and register as a Sotetsu Points member: Sotetsu Style App, Sotetsu Shopping Center Official App, or Sotetsu Rosen App.
Commemorative Launch Campaign (June 1–21, 2026)
To mark the introduction of Sotetsu Points, a campaign will run from June 1 (Monday) through June 21 (Sunday), 2026, offering chances to win hotel dining vouchers and bonus points.
Campaign 1: Win Hotel Dining Vouchers by Lottery
Guests who satisfy both of the following conditions during the campaign period and enter via the application form will be eligible. A Sotetsu Points membership card (physical card or app) must be presented at the time of payment for both conditions.
- Condition 1: Visit a participating venue at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel (any purchase amount)
- Condition 2: Make a single purchase of ¥2,000 or more (tax included) at Sotetsu Rosen, a Sotetsu Group commercial facility, or SOTETSU GOODS STORE Futamatagawa
Prizes:
- 1st prize: ¥30,000 dining voucher — 5 winners
- 2nd prize: ¥10,000 dining voucher — 15 winners
- 3rd prize: ¥5,000 dining voucher — 30 winners
Campaign 2: 500 Bonus Points for the First 600 Guests
Guests who present their Sotetsu Points membership card (physical card or app) at a participating venue and spend ¥2,500 or more (tax included) in a single transaction will receive 500 bonus Sotetsu Points. Available to the first 600 guests; distribution ends once the allocated number is reached.
