Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu (Minato Mirai, Nishi Ward, Yokohama; General Manager: Shingo Yagi) will offer a special "White Day Dinner Course" at its third-floor French restaurant "Queen Alice" for six days only, from March 10 (Tuesday) to March 15 (Sunday), 2026.

The appetizer features a spring-inspired sea bream carpaccio that brings out the gentle sweetness of fresh onions, while the warm starter presents scallops baked in kadayif for a delightful textural experience. For the meat course, the restaurant offers an exceptional dish befitting a special occasion: domestic beef fillet wrapped in puff pastry and served with aromatic sauce Périgueux.

The course dessert showcases rare white strawberries, specifically Awayuki from Ibaraki Prefecture. These white-fleshed berries are characterized by low acidity and gentle sweetness, along with an elegant aroma. A rosé sparkling jelly adds a touch of glamour to complement the strawberries. Additionally, the mignardises chocolate can be taken home as a gift. The elegant atmosphere and gently-flavored French course centered on spring ingredients promises an elegant and memorable experience.
