A Weekend-Only Treat at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi

Voyage de Fruits

"Voyage de Fruits" is a financier cake crafted with house-made aged fruits — including orange peel and apple — that have been steeped in spirits and spices for several months. The aged fruit is turned into a paste and blended into the financier batter, resulting in a deep, layered flavor where the rich aroma of the aged fruit meets the full-bodied taste of butter.

The soft, moist texture and complex flavor profile make it a popular choice as a souvenir or personal indulgence.

"Fleur Fleur" Receives a Refreshed Tin Design

Fleur Fleur new packaging

Alongside the new launch, Yokumoku's "Fleur Fleur" langues de chat cookies are receiving an updated tin design. The packaging depicts Yokumoku's symbolic flower, the dogwood (Hanamizuki), drifting softly down from the sky — as if the petals transform into delicate cookies once inside the tin.

The cookies themselves are thin, crisp langues de chat shaped like flower petals, layered carefully in the tin to create a flower-in-bloom effect. A light, crisp texture with a pleasant toasty aroma makes them a refined treat as well as a gift option.
