This dessert fuses abundant fresh fruit with a homemade smoothie and is finished with flaky pastry — a hybrid creation that drinks as well as it eats, going beyond the conventions of shaved ice or cold beverages to deliver an elegant, refreshing summer experience.

Rather than sticking to familiar summer dessert formats, Cafe & Dining ZelkovA presents a "3D fruit art" parfait designed to engage all five senses.
