The "ZENB Bread Fuwamochi Roll" features yellow pea flour instead of wheat flour, offering a health-conscious gluten-free option with the added benefit of domestic brown rice for an even fluffier and chewier texture.

By combining yellow pea flour—gaining attention as a superfood—with aromatic domestic brown rice, ZENB has achieved a fluffy and chewy texture without relying on wheat gluten.
