The tiered stand is adorned with edible flowers inspired by the chattering flowers of Wonderland and the Queen of Hearts' beloved red roses. Sweets on offer include a White Rabbit glass shortcake, pistachio macarons, chocola leaf pie, strawberry tart, Alice sablé cookies, Easter egg chocolates, and scones with strawberry jam and butter cream. On the savory side, there's an Easter egg sandwich and a spring vegetable omelet — with eggs as the star of the show.
Free-flow drinks (included in the base price) cover Darjeeling tea, coffee, orange juice, grapefruit juice, apple juice, and an original tea soda. For an additional ¥500, guests can also enjoy Earl Grey, Assam, peach tea, maple tea, apple tea, herbal teas, and café au lait. A mocktail is available for an extra ¥550, with choices like Cranberry and Lime Sea Breeze, Fresh Lime and Herb Mojito, Orange and Fruit Sour, Mango and Basil Tropical Smoothie, and an Alice-color Blue Piña Colada.

This stand-style course keeps spring vegetables and eggs front and center, with a playful White Rabbit motif running throughout. The top tier features a fruit salad evoking a spring garden with a White Rabbit scampering across it, dressed in strawberry dressing. The middle tier holds a sautéed sea bream with basil sauce and spring vegetables, and the lower tier features a spring vegetable omelet alongside an open-faced egg and prosciutto sandwich.
