Tickets for Arte Museum Nagoya, the first Japanese location of the immersive museum Arte Museum, go on sale online from 12:00 AM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. An early-purchase campaign offers 15% off all ticket types for the first week of sales.

Arte Museum Nagoya is the ninth Arte Museum venue worldwide. The Arte Museum series, created by the Seoul-based digital design company d'strict, has passed 12 million cumulative visitors worldwide. The Nagoya venue holds its grand opening on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, a 3-minute walk from Shin-Maiko Station on the Meitetsu Tokoname Line in Chita, Aichi.

Experiencing "ETERNAL NATURE" With All Five Senses

Arte Museum is an immersive museum created by d'strict around the theme of "ETERNAL NATURE." It expresses the essential beauty of nature beyond the limits of time and space through ultra-large video spaces that fill the area from ceiling to floor, sound and scents designed for each work, and interactive elements that visitors take part in. The experience is designed to feel like stepping into the natural world itself.

Arte Museum Nagoya, the first location in Japan, offers 17 immersive art spaces. Alongside original works inspired by local cultural heritage such as the Honmaru Palace of Nagoya Castle, as well as festivals, shrines, and the Japanese sense of beauty known as "mono no aware," the museum also includes "CAFE dara," where visitors can try digital omikuji (fortune slips). Each Arte Museum location reinterprets the shared theme of "ETERNAL NATURE" through the nature and cultural heritage of its own region. Arte Museum Nagoya, the first in Japan, reflects a distinctly Japanese sense of beauty and Nagoya's cultural identity. Its works draw on Nagoya's nature and history, as well as festivals, shrines, and the Japanese sensibility of "mono no aware."

A symbolic work is "THE LEGACY OF LIGHT:NAGOYA," shown in the large media art space "GARDEN." Using light and the changing seasons, the work portrays the culture and history that Nagoya's nature, its people, and its traditions and technology have nurtured.

Throughout the museum, large-scale visuals are paired with sound and with scents blended for each work, offering an immersive experience of stepping into nature with all five senses.
