Ristorante Mangiare Water Edge Yokohama, located on the third floor of Artgrace Portside Villa in Yokohama, is running a special "HONEY Spring Collection" in collaboration with honey beauty brand HACCI from Thursday, April 23 to Tuesday, June 30, 2026. The menu brings high-quality HACCI honey into both the kitchen and the gift offerings, with four seasonal specialties crafted by the restaurant's chef and pastry chef.
The collaboration was born from a shared spirit: HACCI's wish to bring smiles through honey, and Artgrace Portside Villa's commitment to creating spaces where people connect and share meaningful moments. Dishes include an open sandwich with seasonal spring vegetables, a colorful pistachio and berry dessert croissant, a bitter chocolate mousse infused with honey and orange, and a full course meal — each served alongside a HACCI beauty gift.
Two honey-flavored drinks, "Honey Bloom Soda" and "Acacia Tea Fizz," are also available to complement the food.
Menu items are subject to change based on ingredient availability. All prices include consumption tax and 15% service charge. Course and optional menus require advance reservations. Gifts are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.
