ASICS Japan is launching the PRESTIGE NEO tennis shoe series, designed to provide exceptional fit and durability for agile footwork on the court. Four models will be available starting February 5th through pre-orders at the ASICS online store and directly managed ASICS stores (excluding factory outlets), with a wider release at sporting goods retailers nationwide from February 12th.
All models are priced at 13,970 yen (tax included). The lineup includes shoes designed for omni/clay courts as well as all-court surfaces.
Design and Technology
The upper features highly wear-resistant PU (polyurethane) material that enhances both durability and fit while creating a premium appearance. The midsole incorporates the TRUSSTIC technology—a rigid component that suppresses twisting, enhances footwork stability, and supports forward acceleration.
The outsole design focuses on grip performance essential for competitive play. The all-court version features a mesh pattern considering areas where pressure is applied during play, achieving an optimal balance between grip and flexibility. The omni/clay court version underwent extensive testing of pattern shapes and orientations to maximize grip performance.
