BOUROU LAKE TOYA (7-8 Toyako Onsen, Toyako-cho, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido; Managing Director and General Manager: 佐原 誠), operated by Noguchi Kanko Management Co., Ltd., will begin serving a new autumn-limited dinner menu spotlighting Hokkaido's seasonal flavors starting September 1, 2026.
The menu makes generous use of fresh, in-season Hokkaido-grown vegetables alongside other ingredients at their autumn peak, drawing out each ingredient's natural character. Guests can savor dishes shaped by the chef's rich sensibility and sure technique, with every plate reflecting the changing of the seasons.

In addition, through October 31 (Saturday), the Lake Toya Long Run Fireworks Festival is also being held at Lake Toya, where fireworks reflected on the lake's surface make for a special moment unique to summer.
