CÉ LA VI TOKYO (located on the 17th and 18th floors of Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, 1-2-3 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), operated by ICONIC LOCATIONS JAPAN (CEO: Akihiro Inazuka), has launched "SKY-HIGH KOTATSU" at the CÉ LA VI RESTAURANT & SKY BAR on the 18th floor.

The experience brings kotatsu, a beloved Japanese winter tradition, to an expansive rooftop location overlooking central Tokyo, creating a space where extraordinary atmosphere meets comfort. The signature CÉ LA VI red-themed setting adds sophisticated accents to the sky terrace, creating a memorable scene. Two of the four kotatsu seats feature canopy covers, offering an even more private and special atmosphere.

The kotatsu can be used while wearing shoes, allowing guests to enjoy the warmth of traditional kotatsu while maintaining the open-air terrace atmosphere.

The seasonal plan available in this space is "KOTATSU DE Kaki-shan" (Oyster Champagne), which combines oyster dishes with free-flow Moët & Chandon. Featuring steamed oysters as the star, the menu offers diverse approaches to showcase the charm of oysters from appetizers to main courses and finishing dishes. The sparkling Moët & Chandon beautifully complements the dishes, adding elegant depth to the winter dining experience.
