About Chocosil
Chocosil is a chocolate brand launched by Tokyo Food Co., Ltd., a professional chocolate manufacturer. After operating through food trucks centered in Tsukuba City, event sales, and an online shop, the company opened its first physical store in Tsukuba City on January 23, 2025.
Under the brand concept "Curiosity to Deliciousness," the shop has gained support from many customers as a place that provides unknown chocolate experiences that stimulate curiosity.
Reflecting on the First Year
The first year has been filled with days supported by many customers.
On grand opening day, a long line formed in front of the store before opening, with turnout exceeding expectations. Following the grand opening, events like Valentine's Day and White Day contributed to continuous crowds even on weekdays, sometimes leading to stock shortages of certain products.
Additionally, through hosting workshops and participating in various events, opportunities to interact directly with customers outside the store increased, helping more people learn about Chocosil's products and charm.
While operating the first physical store presented many challenges and required daily trial and error in developing menus and products that would delight customers, the warm words from customers who visited the store and purchased from the online shop have provided encouragement to reach this first anniversary.
In 2026, Chocosil aims to continue being a shop that excites customers and tickles their curiosity, delivering happiness through chocolate so that everyone feels this year was even better than the last.
