COBRA POP UP STORE -COSMIC DRIVE-, a pop-up store themed on the hard-boiled sci-fi manga Space Adventure Cobra, runs from Thursday, November 19 to Monday, December 14, 2026. It takes place at Hakaba no Garō (墓場の画廊) Nakano Store and the Hakaba no Garō Online Store. CRAZY BUMP, which organizes and operates exhibitions themed on subculture such as manga, anime, and tokusatsu, is organizing the event.
Space Adventure Cobra has long fascinated fans around the world as a landmark of hard-boiled sci-fi comics. The series is known for its cynical, dandy protagonist Cobra, his beautiful partner Lady, and many other appealing characters, along with a futuristic world ahead of its time and Cobra's cool, stylish famous lines. Its appeal has not faded and continues to win over new generations.
The pop-up store returns to Hakaba no Garō this year, with a lineup of new goods in original designs that use cuts from the original manga.
Hard-boiled yet pop and vivid, with a sense of speed like racing through space: under the title "COSMIC DRIVE," the venue offers an exciting space that feels like speeding across the galaxy with Cobra's beloved ship, the Turtle (タートル号). With 2028, the year the series marks half a century since its birth, drawing near, the world of Space Adventure Cobra only grows brighter. The event invites visitors to leave the everyday behind for a journey through space where danger and romance intersect.
