Dance and vocal unit Comme des familia released its six-track EP "REWRITE" digitally on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The EP was created with a strong determination to take in all the experiences and emotions gained through the group's activities so far and to renew itself with its own hands under a new lineup.
Built around hyperpop, the EP blends "Emotion," "Digital," and "Chaos," pouring feelings such as inner conflict, pain, and impulse into unpredictable song structures that include distorted tracks and digital noise.

About Comme des familia
Left to right: Nanasi, Roto
Comme des familia is a vocal unit that turns emotion and impulse into digital sound.
It doesn't have to be perfect. The duo turns raw emotion and chaos directly into sound. Intense, fragile, and hard to forget once heard. Every song becomes a door to somewhere other than here. Beyond the horizon.

Nanasi
2000.09.29 / 170cm / 58kg / ESTP
Started a career on TikTok in 2019. Drew attention with a distinctive style reminiscent of a "Heisei-era high school boy" and quickly became a popular creator.
Currently has about 730,000 followers on TikTok, about 80,000 on Instagram, about 15,000 on YouTube, and about 14,000 on X, with a strong presence especially among Gen Z.
Has expanded activities across the boundaries of genre as a model, actor, and creator, including a runway appearance at "STARRZ TOKYO," the release of a first photo book, "WHAT'S MY NAME?," and an appearance in the WOWOW short drama "平成みたいだ."
In April 2025, began artist activities as the vocal unit "Comme des familia," moving from the expression of "showing" cultivated until now to the expression of turning personal emotions and impulses into "sound." Across music, fashion, video, and art, Nanasi pursues new forms of expression while pouring a personal sensibility into every kind of creative work, without being bound by genre or existing frameworks.
"I'll face this artist career with everything I have as the final challenge of my life, and aim for the top." Rather than becoming an "artist" defined by someone else, the goal is to become the ideal artist Nanasi envisions. Continuing to update themselves from Creator to Artist.
Roto
2000.12.21 / 165cm / 49kg / ENFP-A
Drawn to music from early childhood, Roto began attending a music training school in 2022 and started full-scale artist activities.
While learning songwriting, with both lyrics and composition, Roto built about two years of live experience and honed a singing voice that delivers emotion straight, along with energetic stagecraft.
Roto played basketball from elementary school through high school and was selected for the prefectural team. The physical ability and strong mentality built there connect to the current activities.
Roto has not walked only through favorable circumstances. Even so, never forgetting a "dreaming boyish heart," Roto draws those around in with a free, bright, and sometimes wild character.
In April 2025, began artist activities as "Comme des familia."
"I want to keep going with everything I have, to find out what I can do and achieve as an artist." Pursuing expression that only Roto can create, on the way to becoming an ideal artist.
