About SEVENTEEN
SEVENTEEN is a 13-member group that debuted on May 26, 2015. Through group albums as well as a variety of units and solo activities, the group continues to expand its possibilities. Having started as a group, they have taken on new challenges with every album and have established their position as a leading K-pop group. Their 10th Mini Album "FML" set the record for the highest sales of a single K-pop album, and their 11th Mini Album "SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN" recorded the highest initial sales volume for a K-pop album (album sales in the first week after release). Their 5th Album "HAPPY BURSTDAY," released in May, debuted at No. 2 on the US Billboard main albums chart and marked their seventh consecutive top 10 entry.
SEVENTEEN has also made its mark in the live market. They were the first K-pop artist to appear on the main stage of the UK's Glastonbury Festival, and they took part as headliners at Lollapalooza Berlin in Germany and Tecate Pa'l Norte in Mexico. They have held solo concerts at stadiums in major cities around the world and achieved the highest ranking among K-pop artists on Billboard's "2024 Top Tours." Their efforts to spread positive values through music led to their activities as UNESCO youth goodwill ambassadors. They have also donated $1 million to UNESCO and established a youth support fund, putting social contribution into practice.
