The parfait combines fresh domestic cherries with ruby chocolate, a variety known for its vivid pink color and fruity flavor.
Cherries are placed atop stick-shaped strawberry meringue and finished with flowers and mint leaves for a charming look.
Ruby chocolate cream, rich peach mascarpone ice cream, and peach yogurt-flavored crunchy pieces provide a milky depth that pairs with the sweet-tart freshness of the cherries. The addition of white peach brings out the cherry aroma and flavor even further, delivering a deeper cherry experience than eating them on their own.
