LE CAFÉ de Joël Robuchon Takashimaya Nihombashi (ル カフェ ドゥ ジョエル・ロブション 日本橋店), located on the 2nd floor of the Main Building of Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. in Chuo City, Tokyo, will serve a new parfait made in collaboration with NINA'S Marie-Antoinette (ニナス マリー・アントワネット), a long-established French tea brand, from Sunday, November 1 to Monday, November 30, 2026. The parfait is limited to 20 servings per day. Customers who order the parfait also receive a NINA'S hand towel while supplies last.
About the Parfait
The parfait is offered to mark Tea Day (紅茶の日) on November 1 and Marie-Antoinette's birthday on November 2. It is inspired by the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, where Marie-Antoinette spent her days.
Fresh apple and lemon jelly, blancmange scented with "NINA'S Original Marie-Antoinette Tea" (ニナス オリジナル マリー・アントワネット ティー), and sweet-tart raspberry jelly are layered together. Smooth mascarpone cream scented with rose is topped with ruby cacao shavings.
A swan-shaped cream puff sits in the center of the parfait. It is made in two layers, with apple compote simmered in "NINA'S Original Marie-Antoinette Tea" and mascarpone cream, topped with vanilla chantilly. Heart-shaped meringues, crunchy pearls (パールクラッカン), and delicate sugar work are added as decoration.
The parfait is meant to be enjoyed for its refreshing apple flavor and the aroma of tea, together with the rare flavored tea "Versailles Rose Nouveau 2026" (ヴェルサイユ ローズヌーヴォー 2026).

"Versailles Rose Nouveau 2026" Served With the Parfait
"NINA'S Royal Versailles Rose" (ニナス ロイヤル ヴェルサイユ・ローズ) is a rare rose described as the only one of its kind in the world, and it has been cultivated since 1685 only in the "Secret Garden" of Versailles. "Versailles Rose Nouveau" is a special flavored tea made by carefully hand-picking this rose, which Queen Marie-Antoinette loved, and blending it with tea leaves.
The "Secret Garden" at Versailles holds rare flowers and fruits that have been cultivated in secret for centuries, along with a small rose garden known as the "Queen's Secret Garden" (王妃の秘密の庭), the true legacy of Queen Marie-Antoinette. Gardeners there make rare teas and rose perfumes.
